FRONT END : Harley 39 mm front end with progressive suspension spring upgrade. Excel Lightweight aluminium
rim with racing slick. GMA front caliper. Has Dual steering dampers.
FRAME : All-chromoly drag frame made by famous racing company PMFR. Backbone can be uses af a gas tank,
but bike comes with two aluminium tube fuel tanks, one smaller for 1/8 mile, the other for 1/4 mile races.
REAR WHEEL : Old racing wheel, unsure of origin, i think vintage Jammer. Comes with goodyear drag slick, has
Performance Machine master cylinder. PMFR Drag racing sprocket, I also have additional sprockets for other
gear ratios.
ENGINE : 120” Harman motor with dual S&S B carbs. Andrews cam, but unsure of which one. It is very high lift
because the rocker boxes have cutouts for the rocker arms so they can clear. No top end oiling or charging
system. S&S oil pump feeds the lower end. Top end and push rods (which have custom see-trough tubes) are
lubed with grease through zerks in the rocker arm nuts and the tappet blocks. Engine is dual plugged and runs,
but front head left side spark plug hole has a loose insert that should be replaced. Bike will run, but that should be
fixed before racing. I have a brand new set of the massive bore pistons with rings (these cost $600... ten years
ago!) plus an extra front Harman head. Also have an extra set of the o-rings that these engines use to seal the
head to the cylinders. In addition to the Harman cylinders on the motor, I have a set of Axtell cylinders that are
finless for racing. Have dyno run sheets showing approximately 118 horsepower, plus a ticket from a race
showing a 8.44 second 1/4 mile time, but previous owner told me he had gode lower. Who knows. Ignition is a
Dyna 4000 drag racing electronic ignition.
PRIMARY/TRANSMISSION : Primary is a Primo-Rivera 3” belt drive with a Rivera-Primo Pro-clutch. Primary
plates is custom made and mounts a Pingel air shifter, activated by a button on the bars. Transmission is a Harley
rotary top transmission with all Andrew close-ratio gears. Has Rivera-Primo hydraulic clutch cover.
Controls : All hand controls are ART racing controls, the clutch and brake master cylinders are both Performance
Machine.
In addition to all of the above, I also have a rigid Harman chopper frame and a Harman girder front end. I can’t get
at the front end right now but I have attached a pic of the frame. It is the same frame af that used in the street
chopper pic I’ve attached. I also have piles of literature from all of the parts on the bike, as weel as old invoices,
dyno sheets, etc.
